CLASS 1 35cm crosspoles.  Entry fee  £15.  Can be Led or Assisted. Single Phase Optimum Time.

CLASS 2 45cm.  Entry fee £15  Can be Led or Assisted. Single Phase Optimum Time.

CLASS 3 50cm Junior Pairs  Entry fee £25 per pair - Two combinations, each to ride a round with the fastest combined time winning. Assistance can be given in the arena.

CLASS 4 60cm - Entry fee £15  Single phase - timed section.

CLASS 5 70cm - Entry fee £15  Single phase - timed section.

CLASS 6 70cm Pairs – Entry fee £25 per pair.  Two combinations, each to ride a round with the fastest combined time winning.

RULES AND CONDITIONS

1. All classes to be run under Pony Club Show Jumping rules 2026.

2. Correct dress should be worn. Jackets to be worn. No Hoodies.

3. Hats to correct Pony Club standard must be worn at all times when mounted

4. NO SPURS to be worn unless you have a yellow hat tag.

5. The organisers do not accept liability for any loss or damage, injury or illness to any persons or property whatsoever.

6. The organisers have taken all precautions to ensure the health and safety of everyone present at the event.

7. The indoor collecting ring will be limited to 6 entries prior to jump time.

8. Course Walks will be available prior to each class - times to be advertised. This will be the only opportunity to walk the course.

9. Prize Giving will take place after each class and will be mounted where possible.

10. The organisers reserve the right to alter or amend the schedule/rules at any time.

11. The judge’s decision is final.

12. Any queries/objections must be taken up within 30 minutes of the class finishing with £20 cash deposit.

13. No skipping out in the car park and please take all your rubbish home.

14. Ponies not to be left tied up to trailers/boxes.

On a Tuesday Eve we aim to encourage all levels. We run a professional, friendly event with BS spec courses & BS judge - superb environment to prepare for those competitions that are important to you

Tues Eve SJ will be OUTDOORS weather permitting. Competition will be single phase. 12 fences including jump off.

80/90/100/105/110cm in the afternoon between 3 & 5 these classes repeat in the evening so be careful which you enter

Health & Safety:  The event organisers have taken all reasonable precautions to ensure the health & safety of everyone present. For these measures to be effective, everyone present must take all reasonable precautions to avoid and prevent accidents and obey the instructions of the organisers, officials, and stewards. All riders should have their own insurance. 

What to Wear:  Hats must be BE-approved specifications.  Only Skull caps will be allowed for XC. It is the rider’s responsibility to make sure that they comply with current hat & body protector rules.

Body protectors 2018 & above labels are mandatory for XC.  Air jackets can be worn over a body protector.

Flu vaccinations for all horses attending this event are expected to be up to date with annual boosters, passports must be available as spot checks will be carried out. Please be responsible and do not bring horses to the event that have coughs, etc

On a Tuesday Eve we aim to encourage all levels. We run a professional, friendly event with BS spec courses & BS judge - superb environment to prepare for those competitions that are important to you

Tues Eve SJ will be OUTDOORS weather permitting. Competition will be single phase. 12 fences including jump off.

Course built by level 3 BS Course Builder, Judge is listed BS judge

80/90/100/105/110cm in the afternoon between 3 & 5 these classes repeat in the evening so be careful which you enter

50cm approx 5pm

60cm will not start before 17:30

70cm will start at 18:30

TRAINING THURSDAY (10am - 8pm)

Following your dressage test you will get verbal feedback to include development & training suggestions & your completed test sheet

• Run through any dressage test 15mins, any height SJ £35
• Run through any test  (15 mins) £25.   
• Run through tests up to BD Elementary incl FSM, BE Intermediate, all BRC & PC tests catered for (30 min slots) £40, exta £5 to add on SJ
• Freestyle Music floor plans & music preparation (see attached schedule)

ALL STAFFED - courses put up and down, encouragement given if required - all pre entry & times given
